How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s on the way.

 

Can I return or exchange my Cook Buddy?

Yes—if it’s unused and in original condition.
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that haven’t been used. Because Cook Buddy is a food-contact product, we can’t accept returns of items that show signs of use (like scratches or wear).
